When you submit a contact or enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email, residence and apartment type of interest, budget, area of interest and message.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymised information about the pages you visit, your device and browser, and which residence pages you view.

How we use your information, and on what basis

We use enquiry details to respond to you — by phone, WhatsApp, email or SMS — with availability, pricing and other information about our residences. We process them because you asked us for this information, ahead of a possible purchase.

We use analytics only with your consent, to understand which residences and campaigns generate interest so we can improve the site. You can withdraw your consent at any time. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to operate this website: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for secure storage of enquiries, FormSubmit to email enquiries to us, and Google Analytics for site analytics when you accept cookies. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.

Transfers outside the European Union

We are a company based in Morocco: if you contact us from a European Union country, your data is transferred outside the EU because this is necessary to answer your enquiry. Our providers may also process it in other countries, including the United States, with the safeguards set out in their data protection agreements, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies required for it to function, and optional analytics cookies that are only activated if you accept them through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the settings button shown after your first decision.

Data retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, and delete it sooner on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to its processing, request its restriction or portability, and withdraw any consent you previously gave, at any time, by emailing elammaridevelopers@gmail.com.

Supervisory authority and complaints

If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the CNDP or, if you live in the European Union, with the data protection authority of your country — for example the Garante in Italy or the CNIL in France.
