Who is behind Elammari?
Elammari was founded by Abdennacer Elammari, who has worked in real estate since 2015. His experience in Italy, on the Côte d’Azur and in Monte Carlo brings a European perspective to the architecture, craftsmanship and long-term quality of every residence.

The Elammari residences presented on this site are in Tangier, in Riad Ahlen, Sidi Driss, Tanja Balia and Jbel Kebir.
Which apartments are available and at what price?
Availability, sizes and prices depend on the residence, the floor and the view, and change as apartments are sold. Send us your budget and preferred area and we will share the up-to-date list of available apartments with floor plans and prices.
Can foreigners buy an apartment in Tangier?
Yes. In Morocco, foreign nationals can buy residential property in full ownership, and the sale is completed before a notary. You can contact us in English, French, Italian or Arabic.
Can I buy an apartment as an investment?
